🎭 Yesterday, Ms Smiley's Year 12 Drama students participated in the 'Take the Stage' Drama day at the Adelaide Festival Centre.
Students engaged directly with professional theatre artists across 3 focused 75-minute workshops, exploring advanced performance skills, creative collaboration, and expressive techniques. The workshops were highly interactive and led by working theatre professionals.
The day also included a Q&A panel with all participating artists, offering insights into careers in performing arts and the role of drama in contemporary practice.

🧪 Today, Ms O’Brien’s Year 12 Chemistry students visited @flindersuniversity to take part in an Analytical Chemistry workshop run by student ambassadors, followed by a chemistry presentation.
It was a great opportunity to build on their SACE Stage 2 learning, with practical experiments like chromatography and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS).

This term, our Maths team launched the Seaview Plus Mathematics Club, held every Tuesday at lunchtime. To celebrate, they ran a competition to see how many digits of π (pi) students could recite.
On the day, Year 8 student Sophia Z took out the friendly competition with 213 digits. Today, we captured her having another go – and from what we could count, this time she recalled 224 digits!
