✨ "Igniting Parent Engagement at Seaview". ✨
We’re excited to share that our Parents & Friends Committee have been awarded a $5,000 Parents in Education Grant to help strengthen parent engagement at our school.
Our Parents & Friends Committee, established in 2026, have been working hard to build a stronger sense of community and create more opportunities for families to connect with our school.
The Igniting Parent Engagement in High School project will support initiatives including:
👉Welcoming more parents into our school through events and activities
👉Fundraising for whole-school wellbeing improvements, including shade, cold water fountains and outdoor spaces
👉Hosting parent education sessions focused on wellbeing, inclusivity and safety
👉Building a parent volunteer network to support school events and initiatives
This grant is a fantastic opportunity to build on the great work already underway and create a school community where parents feel welcomed, connected and involved. All successful applicants can be found here > tinyurl.com/mr3p4697
A huge thank you to our Parents & Friends Committee for their enthusiasm and commitment to making a positive difference at Seaview. 💙
We’d love to see more families get involved. Whether you can volunteer regularly or simply lend a hand at an event, we'd love to continue to grow our community. If you are interested in learning more, please send an email to: dl.0893.info@schools.sa.edu.au. ... See MoreSee Less
